This policy applies to the Tucan Employee mobile application, related ERP services and supporting infrastructure.

The application may process identity information, business contact information, authentication data, device information, application logs, push notification tokens, uploaded files and business communications when required for providing services.

Processing is based on Articles 6(1)(a), 6(1)(b), 6(1)(c) and 6(1)(f) GDPR, as applicable.

We use HTTPS, TLS, authentication, role-based access controls and security monitoring.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Data is shared only when required to provide the service or comply with legal obligations.
8. User Rights
Users may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing where applicable.
9. Third-Party Services
The platform may use Google Play Services, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Apple Push Notification Service, Mattermost, Paperless-ngx and Baikal depending on deployment.
