1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Tucan Employee application or the Tucan ERP platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

The platform is intended exclusively for business organizations, authorized employees and approved users.

Users must be at least 18 years old or meet the legal employment age applicable in their jurisdiction.

3. Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

  • protecting their credentials
  • keeping passwords confidential
  • reporting unauthorized access
  • using only their assigned account

4. Acceptable Use

Users agree NOT to:

  • share credentials
  • attempt unauthorized access
  • reverse engineer the application
  • upload malicious software
  • interfere with platform security
  • violate applicable laws

5. Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, logos, source code, documentation and content remain the property of Tucan Hellas or their respective owners.

No license is granted except for normal use of the platform.

6. Availability

Tucan will make reasonable efforts to provide continuous service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Maintenance, upgrades or unforeseen outages may occur.

7. User Content

Users remain responsible for any information, files or messages they upload.

Organizations are responsible for their own business data.

8. Privacy

Use of the platform is governed by the Privacy Policy.

9. Security

Users must cooperate in maintaining security.

Suspicious activity may result in temporary suspension.

10. Third-Party Services

The platform may integrate with third-party services.

Those services remain governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

11. Suspension and Termination

Organizations or Tucan may suspend access when:

  • accounts are compromised
  • misuse is detected
  • legal obligations require it
  • employment ends

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tucan shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from use of the platform.

13. Disclaimer

The platform is provided "as available" and "as is".

No warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation is provided.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece and applicable European Union legislation.

15. Changes

Tucan may update these Terms.

The latest version will always be published on this page.
